Due to the personalized nature of our custom X Marks Your Spot clothing, refunds will not be issued for these items under any circumstances. We encourage customers to double-check all details before placing an order for custom apparel to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Regular Items

Refunds are available for regular (non-custom) items under the following conditions:

  • If there is a verified issue with the item(s), such as manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment.

  • The item(s) must be returned to us in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Refund Process

  1. Report the Issue: Notify us of the issue by contacting our customer service team via email or phone within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Photos of the item(s) showing the problem (if applicable

  2. Return the Item(s): Once approved by our team, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

  3. Refund Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 72 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
